Shipping & Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International shipping is not available at this time.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. A refund will be offered if there is a mistake on my end. In that case, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your shipment and I will gladly resend the order at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
lost or damaged items
You have 2 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email email@example.com with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days. There will be no cost for the item if it is lost or damaged. If you have not received your item after 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
